Jeff Sagansky's Winchester Capital Closes 3-Movie Financing Deal
EXCLUSIVE UPDATE: The deal is for these three movies: Smurfs (Sony Pictures, which opens Friday), Men In Black 3 (Sony Pictures), and The Adventures Of Tintin (Paramount Pictures). I've learned that Jeff Sagansky of Winchester Capital closed financing for $150 million today. [Mea Culpa: I initially thought this was a deal with Harry Sloan and Jeff Sagansky because the pair recently announced Global Eagle Acquisition Corp. But this is unrelated.] Sagansky, the former CBS and Sony Pictures and Paxson and RHI exec, has come back to the movie biz in a big way with Winchester Capital Management co-founder Jean-Luc De Fanti. Movies that Sagansky and De Fanti co-financed through Winchester include The Men Who Stare at Goats and The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. Winchester also financed the 3rd season of TNT TV drama Leverage and arranged a multi-picture financing deal for Luc Besson’s EuropaCorp.

Do You think that Kelly Ripa...?

Ok so i downloaded freerecorder to obviously record songs off spotify
but ive had a problem. It seemes to record two seperatel layers of the
song. If that makes sense. Like for instance a song "The fire" by The
roots. when i start recording it follows the sound levels of the
backing with a blue line and the rest with a yellow line.

What is this movie I'm remembering?(similar to Assault on Precinct 13)?
There are two girls(I think in their teens or 20s) and they are
boarded up in an abandoned building in some city. There is a gang
outside(mix of white guys and black guys) who are trying to get them.

Sometime in the movie one of the black guys in the gang gets in or
something and decides to help the girls. Either that or he was already
their friend but I don't think so.
The only scene I can really remember is that one of the girls thinks
she sees a cop car light and she thinks they are saved but they look
out the window and it is the gang leader who I guess has stolen a cop
car and it was just a trick to try and get them out.
I know it kind of sounds like Assault on Precinct 13 but it definitely
isn't that. It may be a ripoff of it.
I think it came out in the late 80s or early 90s and it may have been
a TV movie.
Does anyone know what this is?

What movie/show is this?
Sorry this isn't much info, but its a movie or show where Patrick
Duffy, or David Hasselhoff, or someone that looks like them lives in a
house, maybe the basement, of someone, a guy I think, and I believe
there is some kind of conflict involved. Its not a big part in the
movie/show, its supposed to be comedic. I feel like the owner of the
home and the duffy character fight?? I know I'm not crazy!! It is not
the episode of Family Guy where they flash to live duffy and woman not
Walk Hard: the Dewey Cox story either.

The weird thing is that guy#2 is VERY friendly with guy#1. Like he is
always cuddling and being close to him.
Anyways, guy#1 keeps whining about it to me, so I'm looking for some
songs relevant to the situation that I can play for him so he can be
sad with accompanying music. Also, guy#2 is NOT dating another girl,
so songs like "You Belong With Me" don't really work.I have some
