Reprise fetes Neil Youthful concerts

Reprise Records will mark the 25th anniversary of Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit concerts having a 3-DVD, 2-Compact disc retrospective on March. 24, in addition to a concert doc, "The Bridge School Concert Film," to become launched by Abramorama in 22 metropolitan areas. Organized by Youthful and wife Pati, the Bridge School Concerts have occurred in the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif. since 1986, with all of proceeds benefitting the titular school, founded to help kids with severe speech and physical disabilities. Asking all entertainers to experience acoustically, and frequently gathering the day's headliners for encore jam periods, the October benefits have experienced sets from Youthful (who works each year), Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Patti Cruz, David Bowie, Metallica, Gem Jam and Thom Yorke.
